[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brushing is fine it’s the brush replacement indicator that still isn’t working we got our unit replaced because it didn’t work and even the replacement unit isn’t working why have it if it’s not going to tell u when to change your brush heads??

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had my Sonicare for a few months and it seems to already be on its last leg. It’s unreliable about working with my phone, or turning on without pushing the power button repeatedly, or selecting the level of clean. I expected a lot for the price and for the manufacturer, and this product’s return is certainly not worth the investment. Color me disappointed.

Allow us to share some tips that may help with this. We recommend cleaning the toothbrush with a damp cloth after every use, to ensure that no buildup causes malfunction. As for the issues with the app, please try following these steps: 1. Make sure your toothbrush is fully charged. 2. Check that your phone’s operating system and the app are updated. 3. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device. 4. Hold your toothbrush and mobile device close together. 5. Remove your toothbrush from the charger or push the mode button to activate the LED symbols on the handle. 6. Open the Sonicare app. Hope this helps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I could not believe that my new Sonicare with Bluetooth would improve my oral hygiene. But I downloaded the app to my iPhone anyway. Wow! The old toothbrush will never be the same again. I am pleased to report that the stains that I used to have on some of my caps are gone.
