They sent me a "new" one but this one is so loud you can actually hear it on the other side of my house when I brush. I'm not sure if they actually send me a new one or refurbished but the loudness is annoying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another model of sonicare that was fairly basic, and this one blows it away. Using the deep clean setting your teeth feel like you just came back from the dentist, but it is 3 minutes vs 2.
The brush heads also seem to last longer, but I haven't measured it. They're not cheap, but work really well.

It actually tickled the first time using but after that I was used to it. My gums and teeth feel like I’ve just left the dentist after every brush. My dentist said this is what she uses and I just happened to find a deal so I made the jump too.
