Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your toothbrush is not working properly. Please follow these troubleshooting steps to see if the issue can be resolved. It's possible that toothpaste residue has accumulated around the power button, causing it to become stuck and preventing the toothbrush from turning on. We suggest cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. If your toothbrush battery is not fully charged, it may need more power to operate properly. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. Also, try using a different outlet to fully charge the toothbrush, as a faulty power source could be the cause of the problem.
If the issue still persists, please get in touch via social media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use social media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an issue with a similar product. I contacted Philip's service and they were fantastic. They sent me this new handle at no cost. It's been great and the features and brushing options are more advanced than my prior model (which in and of itself was a very good model). Kudos to Philips.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend this product to everyone. I have arthritis in my wrists and had difficulty getting my manual toothbrush positioned correctly to clean my teeth.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Actually, I was given the advice to purchase Oral B to treat my periodontal disease. I accidentally purchased this phenomenal electric toothbrush instead and I love it. It is helping tremendously as I try to keep my disease under my control and my last visit to my periodontist confirmed it and my teeth have never felt cleaner. It's working! That was the best mistake I ever made and I want to thank Phillip's for creating this product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this toothbrush. It really has changed the game for me. My mouth feels super clean when I am done like I just left the dentist office. Will never go back to a regular toothbrush again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tooth brush is awesome and gets teeth and mouth so clean. Mine broke just a little over two years after purchasing it. I reached out to customer service and in about a week, I had a replacement brush handle. So great products and fantastic customer service! Thank you!

I’ve owned two of these within the last 3 years having the same issue with them both. The lights on the handle on both just keep flashing cause the toothbrush to not stay charged. Tried different chargers and several restart options are online thinking it would help with negative results

Hi there,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare is failing to charge properly. Please note that if your toothbrush is not charging when it is plugged in, then your outlet might not work. Try using a different outlet to charge it. If you use a charging stand, pad, or glass, ensure that your toothbrush is placed centrally on the charger. The toothbrush will release two short beeps, or the battery light indicator will light up, confirming that the toothbrush is placed on the charger correctly. Ensure the charger is not placed on a metal surface or near other chargers, as this may cause interference while charging.
We hope this will improve your experience. However, if the issue still persists or you have any additional questions, please get in touch via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and Twitter (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this rating because this toothbrush stopped working in less than one year. Won’t charge, won’t turn on it’s horrible.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about the experience with your Philips ExpertClean 7500 Sonic electric toothbrush. This is not the experience we wish you had. We suggest you try these suggestions to see if you can fix the issue. Around the power button, toothpaste residue may accumulate. The residue is preventing the power button from functioning properly and becoming stuck.
We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. A not fully-charged toothbrush battery might need more power to make the toothbrush vibrate. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. If your toothbrush won't fully charge, try a different outlet.
Your toothbrush might not charge if there is a bad power supply connected to the charger. If your toothbrush powers on and the battery light indicators are lit, but there is no vibration, your toothbrush has internal damage. We recommend you request an online repair or exchange. We hope this was useful.
