Whilst I can do the few things I use the laptop for, I suddenly cannot print anything off! I use my laptop for emails and reading the paper. Nothing too strenuous then! Unfortunately, I cannot seem to print anythging due due my printer missing a "Device". I have no idea what that is and despite trying to install a "Device" I have failed miserably. As a silver surfer, I find this has spoilt my use. I presume HP are just after more money to install something which I feel should have been there in the first place!
