I have had many laptops all different brands over the years and i find all of them difficult to negotiate but if i have to name one brand that i find easier to negotiate ( me being in my 70's by the way) i would have to name HP as the brand of choice for me anyway because i find this brand slightly more intuitive than most of the others - I love it.

It was fantastic. Absolutely good. Specs were fabulous everything was in my satisfaction. Although I downloaded one game called Valorant and whenever I played it was quite laggy and the laptop was very loud the CPU OR GPU at the the bottom but overall great
