At times he just goes off in the middle of me using it and the battery doesn't last that long The volume is very low at first the volume was okay when I just got it but we use it the volume just become so low even if you put it on 100 Times the screen just goes dark even when it's on

My new HP laptop is as good (if not better) than my last laptop which was a Sony. My only downer is not enough usb ports, I had to buy a five port extender as once the power cable is plugged in and the mouse there are no more ports. Other than this I am pleased with my choice.
