Not real happy with the scratch it came with

I got this phone and did not notice right away that there is a scratch on the screen. I can not be left without a phone so that's why I have not sent it back. The phone functions as to be expected but seems like Samung is cutting corners on their glass if the screen comes already scratched.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this 2 weeks ago after I shattered my s21 regular. This is for sure an upgrade. I was worried about it being too big but I got used to it in a day. I am a student I use my S pen daily. The camera is the best in industry and I cant wait to use that feature more. I have been a samsung user since the galaxy s3 and this is the best so far!

LOVE the S23 Ultra - great decision to purchase

I just received this Galaxy S23 Ultra after having a S21 Ultra for a couple of years. WOW...what a difference. I LOVE this phone. Transfer of data was seamless, screen is super clear/bright even after putting a screen protector on phone. Fingerprint unlock is still just as bad as last phone but that is not an issue. I traded mainly because my camera on the old phone kept putting streaks on my photos. The new phone camera specs are 10 x better so that should improve.

Threat features and super fast BUT

I've gotten SIM card errors so many times it's kind of annoying. Even after exchanging the phone AND SIM card swap. I don't know what to do anymore. Only reason 1 star got knocked off.

Camera is nice

Not happy with the phone. Problem 1 is I live in Florida and carry the phone in my pocket and the moisture detection sensor keeps telling me moisture detected and will not allow me to charge the phone. Had to buy a case that covered the charging port and now people have a hard time hearing me talk on the phone. Problem 2 is sending pictures in text messages they take forever to go through if they go through at all. Problem 3 even though I have a pass code to open my phone carrying the phone in my pocket the phone will open on its own and start dialing numbers. 4th is if someone is calling you while moving it will only ring once and stop ringing

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" is a great guide that may help you keep your device at its optimal operating temperature. Samsung devices will not charge if moisture is present in the charging port when it is plugged in. This is a preventative measure added to avoid corrosion, and you will still be able to charge with a wireless charger on supported devices. A popup message will display in the event a charger is plugged in while moisture is present in the charging port. "Moisture in water-resistant Samsung phone or tablet's charging port" is another article that will help you troubleshoot your device so be sure to check that out when you can. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. "Messages on Samsung phone are slow, do not send, or cannot be received" will help you troubleshoot what might be occurring with your text messages. I have linked it below for your convenience.
