I was given this as a gift and love it. I have used other brands in the past (LG, Motorola, ect), have used older Samsung phones and Samsung is by far my favorite. The features are great. Memory is good (so far) and the photos are much nicer than any other model. The battery seems to last all day with basic usage. I love my phone!

Drove to FL from IL in US and got moisture detected notification. Never before until now. Also same time I just finished paying off the phone. Got lots of software updates. One too many in such a short time period since having paid off the phone. My carrier is T Mobile.

Your device has a LDI (Liquid Damage Indicator) strip inside its SIM or SD card tray that changes colors when your phone or tablet has been exposed to water or other liquids. Nice phone, I had hard time deciding between it and S21 5G as I liked the extra memory. I came down to the extra year of support for me. I like the phone and it is functioning great. I takes nice pictures and programs run fast. Size is perfect and screen is excellent. I actually got one made in January 2023.

I just got my phone about 2 weeks ago and love it!!! It is my favorite phone yet. Easy to navigate, learn, use. Beautifully made, quality phone. I absolutely would buy this phone.

I had a new 20 and it was so much better than this 21 this 21 doesn't stay charged well and in my opinion the 20 was much better, I regret trading mine in

If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. For your convenience, I have linked an article titled, "Galaxy phone or tablet will not charge" that contains some helpful troubleshooting steps that you can conduct in the privacy of your home to help you resolve what you have been experiencing with your device. Have had trouble with my phone over heating regardless if I'm using it or it's charging or it's just sitting on my table. The signal sucks.

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. "Keep your Device at its normal operating temperature" is a great article that is filled with tips that will help guide you in keeping your Galaxy devices at their normal operating temperatures. Check it out when you have some free time. I've linked it below for your easy access. If your Galaxy phone is experiencing low signal, or even no signal at all, you may be unable to connect to the internet, and its ability make or receive phone calls may be limited. "Samsung phone has poor signal and cannot use data or make calls" is an awesome troubleshooting guide that has some self-guided troubleshooting steps that you can take to resolve what you have been experiencing with your low or no signal issues.
