Worst phone I ever owned..it locks me out constantly

Very disappointed with this phone. Bad reception, less options. Getting my Galaxy S10 repaired and throwing this thing in the trash

Do not buy this phone

This phone only worked properly for 8-9 months. By time it was a year old the Bluetooth doesn't work, the wifi won't work, and I even have trouble loading the internet when I have full bars of service. This is one of the worse phones I've ever had. My phone isn't even damaged. It has no cracks and it's been kept in a phone case it's whole life. It should have lasted at least a year so I'm really rethinking even getting another Samsung phone. Do not buy this phone!

Very disappointed in Some of the Features! Such as No more expandable Storage on ge Galaxy Series Phones. Either they bring it back OR Expamd to 1 tb of storage or higher and increase the ram also.

I HATE changing phones. This was a step down from our S8+ Had to buy all new accessories b/c ones we had aren't compatible. (Wonder who thought THAT idea would generate some $! 😡) Upgrades & new features are difficult to use & disappointing. Really dislike Bixby feature. So I'll have to put up with this till next change.

Nope...probably one of the worst phones I've owned in the last 20 yrs. Battery is short-lived even with power saver mode turned on, cannot turn off 5G. There is no "Restart the phone" button...and sometimes holding down the main button doesn't give me the option to turn off the phone. Not a good phone here!

Worst Samsung phone ever made.

The phone worked great for a little more than a year and then exactly when is out of warranty the Wi-Fi failed, this never happened with any of my Samsung phones before. I took it to two different Samsung authorized repair shops and both declined to service the phone, first place said that they didn't have the right tools and second that Samsung didn't provide the parts. Very disappointed, I have owned Galaxies since the S7 but I will never buy another of their phones again.
