(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Got this for Christmas and love it. Food doesn't stick to it and it heats up great. Only problem was the lid handle also heated up but that's what oven mitts are for. Very happy with this product. Cooked up a stirfry and there was plenty of room for everything because its deep.
Received as a gift for Christmas, we really like how small this is - we use it for simple fried foods; mostly eggs. Love how the food just glides, very little oil or butter needed. Extremely easy clean up too. Let cool, wipe down with warm soapy water and good to go. This is our go to pan.
We received this and another product for Christmas and we recently got the chance to finally use it. We boiled some chicken and then fried it, and it went very well. Did not stick, very easy clean up afterwards. We really like how the lid has a steam escape hole so we don't have to worry about boil over.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this a little while ago, use it for making pan fried steaks at a high heat, seems to work pretty good!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this to replace an existing teflon pan of a similar style. I was disappointed to discover that it could not be used at settings higher than medium heat as I intended to use it for things like boiling pasta which requires that I actually be able to raise the temperature to boiling. The oven rating of up to 350 F was also a bit disappointing since I often make recipes that would require a temperature of up to 450 F. I would have preferred to get one of the stainless steel ones with the same coating but there was not one available in this deep style with a lid.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought this pan to replace a teflon one as I wanted a safer alternative that was more durable and still non stick. Was slightly disappointed to discover the pan still requires oil to be added with each use and also that it couldn't be used with settings higher than medium heat. The uneven "rocky" surface seems like it will be prone to getting stuff stuck in it but that remains to be seen. It seems odd since I have seen other products in this series that have the same coating but with a smooth surface. All in all it is still a step up from the old teflon pan but i think next time i would probably go with one that has a smooth surface and probably one that can be used at higher heat settings.
