I received this as a birthday gift and it is fantastic. The high sturdy handles keep your hands and spatulas away from the griddle heat. The surface area is perfect for cooking for my large family of 7 much faster to cook pancake breakfasts now

Big enough to do bacon, sausages, potatoes, and eggs all at the same time. Quick, easy, clean up. One appliance.does all.

Greatest griddle ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this last month as gift. I use it every day lol sometimes twice a day . This is the only small appliance that is allow to stay on my counter.

Love it, but...

This is the best griddle I have owned, the surface is large without the whole thing being too bulky. The grease cup is annoying because it is too shallow (spills easily) and takes up to much of the under grill area (which I like to use to keep plates and food warm while cooking). Also, I now own two of these that won't work because the temperature control dial no longer works! I wouldn't consider buying another one except I like everything else about it. Best nonstick ever.

The power cord sucks

The griddle works great but the power cord is quick to break. We have replaced the cord twice in under two years, even though we don't use the griddle very often.
There's no reason the controller should be made so cheaply for this product, especially not when we are paying good money for a new one each time.
