Solid griddle.

Griddle is solid. Pretty even heat distribution with good temperature control. Non stick surface works well. Only complaint would be the inability to level the grill when cooking eggs, omlettes etc

We bought this a week ago and we've cooked grilled cheese and pancakes and they all turned out wonderful. The heat is even and it's easy to clean up. I adore this product

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Bought this recently to make big batches of pancakes instead of having to make them one at a time and it's great! Keeps the heat really well and it's a nice even heat. Very easy to clean, pancakes didn't stick to it one bit!
