[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's all about the SPen. Does Apple iPhone support one? No! This is what makes the Note / New S Ultras the Luxurious of all smartphones. Other companies imitate with crappy overlay featureless features.
I can: Use it as a media remote with pause play skip volume up and down. Take photos. Unlock your Galaxy. And so much more.
You want quality, whip out your wallet and squeeze a buck or two. The quality will make you forget the high price tag.

The 22 was great in specs and processing as well as being top notch in mobile gaming quality but the 23 is literally on a whole other level of quality all around from mobile gaming to streaming TV apps and YouTube. And the sleek look and feel is the cherry on top.
