This product is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone mostly for business. It really makes signing documents really easy and the ability to talk to text really simplifies getting back to clients while multitasking during my busy days.
I upgraded from the Samsung 22 Ultra to the Samsung 23 Ultra and immediately noticed a huge difference in picture quality. This phone makes taking pictures fun again with all the camera upgrades.
The speakers and battery life are amazing on the 23 Ultra. The longer battery life makes for fewer charging times. The speakers are very clear on this phone, making listening to calls easier and music so much better.
The Samsung 23 Ultra is one of my favorite phones and definitely worth purchasing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my S23 Ultra to make and take phone calls, check email, search websites, shop, play games, take pix and vidz, take notes, calendar, timers, reminders ... pretty much everything. The stylus is smooth and secure. Connections are great. Call Sound quality is good.

An excellent phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my S23 Ultra for a few weeks now and I'm thrilled with it. The main reason why I chose it over the other phones in the S23 series is the fact that it comes with a stylus. That makes it possible to write and use as a tablet, which the relatively large screen size allows for. I also chose the version with 512MB memory, which makes it fast at processing apps. Battery life is satisfactory, though the phone still requires near-daily charging, depending on usage. I watched movies and clips on it and enjoyed them. Sound quality is great, too.
One downside I noticed was that the biometrics are not easily used. Whether fingerprint or face recognition, the phone has struggled at times to let me in. I feel that my previous phone, Galaxy S9+, handled the fingerprint much better, and I liked that it was on the back of the phone rather than the front. It would be nice to have both options in future models.
Another minor point I'd like to mention is the stylus. I feel that it may be too easy to eject it inadvertently and therefore lose it. Having a little "lock" for the stylus would help prevent that.
I would have preferred to have a headphone jack to be able to plug in headphones. This would have been useful for frequent travelers such as myself, for those moments when I don't have bluetooth-capable headset.
Other than above, I must say that I love the phone. I've been with Samsung for a very long time and I hope to stay with them. Great job, folks.

Great phone, amazing camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung galaxy s23 ultra works well so far. There are a few apps that I've been having trouble with that I've sent bug reports on but I'm hoping maybe an update might fix those. The only thing I would change in future models is the size. I got this phone because I wanted the stylus but it is so massive it won't fit in my pocket and barely fits in my purse. I'd love to see future iterations of galaxy phones with the stylus capabilities with a smaller phone. Nothing against this phone, just a preference going forward that I'd personally love to see. Battery is great on the 23 ultra and it works well with my galaxy watch. The cameras are amazing as well.
