This is the 1st device i switch from apple iphone 14 pro max i like the dual sim support insted 2 esim which mame easy for international travel since not all carrier support esim technology

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is by far the best device out there at the time of this review and I am not disappointed at all. Super fast. Super sleek look despite the slightly hefty build. The S23 Ultra even without a case is comfortable to hold and operate. The camera is amazing- I love it. It compares and possibly exceeds (I personally haven't researched/tested) any other phone camera quality competition out there.

What happened to service and quick response

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded my phone from the galaxy note 10. I used to get amazing service. Half the time when I touch my screen on an app or website it doesn't register. Transferring data from my old phone took two days. I still had to download apps because they were just Grey icons on my screen. I had to manually log into all my apps. Which led to me being locked out of my Facebook. I wish I hadn't upgraded my phone.
