Awesome Camera and pen functionality

Having the pen function makes my phone also usable as a tablet and allows me to do things quickly from my hands instead of jumping onto a laptop. The camera is also amazing for product images and makes less work when editing. I love my S23 Ultra and I'm so happy I upgraded.

Seamless transition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a note 8 for many years. I was familiar with it's functions and layout, but most important was the stylus. With nerve damage and arthritis in my hands, using finger touch/ swipe became painful after a few minutes of use. The Note 8 changed that and life was great. I used my phone for everything! Calls, texts, a camera, games, emails, banking, etc. The time came that my phone wore out and I needed a new one. The S23 Ultra was as easy as my Note 8, only so much better!! Faster, smarter, and the camera is amazing. Best phone ever!!!!

Great battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone works well for the most part and runs all apps at decent speed. Battery life is great. My biggest complaint is that at times when you are using blue tooth head set and a call comes in you no longer can control the media volume and have to disconnect and reconnect the devices. I preferred having the volume and lock buttons on different sides of the device it made, that made screenshots easier. Additionally, while the SOS feature is a great one having it on the same side as the volume buttons has accidentally triggered the SOS countdown a few times. Pictures look good, as well as videos, the zoom is great as well.

Best phone ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a mailman and I listen to podcasts and music daily. My only problem with my s10 was that it wouldn't last the whole day. I love the s23 ultra battery life it lasts all day and then some. I thought the bigger size would be an issue but I love it and never looking back. 👌

After time, this is the best smart phone for me

I'm still learning how to use all the camera features but even for a beginner my photos and videos look great. I've also used the stylus a few times for digital signing and its precise. Overall I am happy with my purchase and have been a loyal Samsung owner for years.

What an upgrade!

Size is comparable, and it feels like I never switched as the Ultra synced my old setup features flawlessly. However, the camera features are awesome and is a refreshing change! Love how the colors are more vibrant and photo taking is more fun than ever before. So glad I upgraded.

I love the versatility that sets it apart from the dreaded iPhone that only allows certain things. Please continue to inivate and add new features to the phones. It's so much fun to play around with the functionality and try new things with different results. Please continue to focus on the desires of the consumer and take risks. Without risks nothing new can come of it. There's no harm in trying new things slowly but not huge strides all at once. Please keep aspiring to take these devices to the next step as technology continues to improve. The capability of these devices are amazing as well.

The perfect solution

Tried it for 4 months and could not get used to the new ecosystem. I ordered the S23 Ultra and have never looked back. It really is the perfect phone. It's such an intuitive user interface and logical layout of screens and apps. I feel like I've come home.
