Not a terrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is great on this phone other than one big problem. After about a month and a half my phone started crashing and trying to restart. The only thing that would make my phone restart was me literally hitting my phone around. A few of the crashes completely erased all of my spotify songs. I did a backup and tried to do a factory reset. Problem there is my backup was nowhere to be found.. still will randomly restart and crash after 4 months of use. Its been in a case with a screen protector since day 1.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range of vision this camera is no less than spectacular... the distance it can grab details in photos is amazing! So far, I haven't had any battery issues; crashes are non-existent with Samsungs in my experience.
Colors pop, vids are clear, games run smoothly and the phone quality stays crisp. The stylus is very intuitive, comfortable and useful, being a writer. It's a winner.

Get's better every year!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jumped from the S21 Ultra right into the 23 Ultra and although my 21 Ultra was fantastic the 23 just elevates the experience so much! #1 - the battery is amazing. I use my phone for video calls at work for nearly 5hrs a day, plus constant music streaming. I can get a full 12hrs of usage while actively on video chat, and a full 26hrs with normal use.

This phone is the best one yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera is amazing, I primarily use the phone for social media and networking. I see no foreseeable problems yet. The battery life will last 24 hours from a full charge and it does have a memory so let it fully discharge before charging. Love this phone.
