Great phone but the gaming doesn't work very good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera is absolutely amazing and so are the picture editing tools. Gaming jsnt so great because it constantly crashes fortnite while I'm in the middle of a game. When trying to erase messages it only let's you erase so much and then it stops and you gotta click on ur message again in order to erase more. Hopefully you guys can update it so these aren't problems anymore. Overall it's a great phone but it is a bit pricey. Just wish the Gaming would work better. Also the game launcher app is annoying. Shouldn't have to search for my games like that and it literally doesn't do anything to help the video games run more efficiently. Just makes me have to click more.

Great phone but this one seems to lose the pen eas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my device. Pictures are almost perfect, especially of the moon at night. Only disadvantage is the pen is easier to lose. Had my notes and never lost a pen but within a few months this one seems to have fallen out somewhere. Probably a way for them to make more money as they are expensive to replace but that's capitalism for you.

Great phone all around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a phenomenal phone. I use this for everything and I mean everything. The amount of apps and customization is awesome. The 4k videos are breathtaking. The camera is solid as well. It's a little overwhelming at first with all the different options for taking photos and videos so I would recommend watching a tutorial video of some sort on YouTube so you can get the most out of your device. The only thing I haven't got the most use out of is the s pen. I'm still using it and trying to learn all the things it can do but so far it works as it should. If your looking to upgrade your device or whatever the reason, you can't go wrong the the S23 ultra.

It also helps when i feel a little down. I usually stream whenever things just don't feel right or just for entertainment.

Went from Apple to Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a life long apple user since the iPhone 4 came out. I purchased the iPhone 14 Pro Max and it felt very bland. I needed a device that I can use all around. I purchased the S23 ultra and let me tell you, This is the most amazing phone I have ever owned. I'm using it for content creation, streaming, gaming, etc. The feature that really stands out to me is Samsung DeX. It works amazing for doing school work and just casual browsing the internet. I love this phone and I'm happy I'm apart of the Samsung community now.
