Great, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this phone it's definitely like 100x better than my iPhone... BUT unfortunately, it's really buggy at times and some apps are incredibly laggy to use, even the settings menu can be buggy and flicking up from the lock screen to access my Samsung Pay Wallet has a little buggy glitch to it... Still, i Love the phone.. hoping it's just a software update thing or something and it gets straightened out eventually.

Awesome phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 23 ultra has a fantastic screen vibrant screen with a long lasting battery. The phone is a perfect size for pockets. The phone is super fast and I have never experienced any slow down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the phone since launch, still works great doesn't have any issues playing games or watching videos. I came from using a Google phone that I had to restart everyday. I will be sticking with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for everything! Games, work, you name it. I am a Note user and love how my notes have traveled from one phone to the other over the years. My Note 20 was the best. Great images, battery had great life, apps worked perfectly. But completely shut down from one day to the other. The Note Ultra 20 was my replacement. Camera images were not so great. Battery charging wojld not go over 85% and charging twice a day.
Had to get a new phone, so the Ultra 23 seemed the best option. My Samsung Wallet is not sinking, click on "next" nothing happens. Camera images are kind of yellow. Battery seems to drain really quickly. I am charging during the day and have only being trying to set my phone. I have not played games, no videos, no social media. Keep setting apps like McAfee so I don't get notifications over and over. Really not impressed at all. Miss my Note 20!

Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sadly do not own 1 yet but my friend does and she is new to samsung and her husband is still on the apple side and after I have shown them a few of the things the phone is capable of now even he is wanting to make the swap. Mind you he has been a long time I phone user and swore they are better in every way but after seeing what the 23 can do he now knows the truth samsung is superior in literally every way
