Good phone couple hickups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been overall good. A few hiccups I had to restart a few times to get apps to load. I've had to restart to get service to work. Battery is great and screen is perfect. Most t of problems have been resolved with a few updates.

Definitely NOT "New Year, Same Phone"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung has made several vast improvements between this model's phone and last year's. The greatest of all being the vast array of cameras that provide SUPERB photo quality. I never would have thought I would have a phone that comes with 100x zoom capabilities. Who needs a telescope or binoculars when you can just zoom in with your phone to see something far away, and then take a picture of it!
I'm not a super-tech person, so I don't really know all the other major changes regarding hardware without trying to research it, but I can assure you that this is no "new year, same phone" situation this year.
My one *slight* disappointment is that between this phone and my S22+, the audio quality seems to have decreased a bit. Rather than giving that "all encompassing 360 sound", you can notice the audio coming more from the bottom of the phone than the top. But, this was only noticable on the first couple of days where I still used both phones as I was switching the cell service. Now, weeks later, it's barely noticeable.
All-in-all, I am VERY satisfied with my S23 Ultra!

Great Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Still trying to get use to the phone after a month but I can say it's a great upgrade. I just went from the Galaxy Note 10+ to the S23 Ultra. I still don't like the fact that the Note series is gone but it's an okay replacement.

Capable and seductive

The Galaxy S23 ultra is in a class of it's own. Very fast hopping to and from apps and web browsing. Seamless pairing with my Galaxy wearable and laptop. Amazing user interface makes effortless customizations and navigating settings, like do not disturb times and S pen features. The camera has many surprises and is arguably the best - in my opinion...
I'm so glad I didn't go with a competitor. Such a rare and wonderful experience having a new phone. I couldn't be happier.
