I can't put my phone down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my S23 Galaxy ultra. I switched over from iPhone after many years because I kept seeing the performance reviews on the Samsung products. The main feature that I like about this product is the camera. It has five lenses everyone who sees me take a picture says the zoom is incredible and it is so Crystal clear I haven't even navigated the full features of what the camera can do because there's so much it can do. I also find myself using my s pen a lot just taking it out and the convenience of being able to write down a note quick I also like that it will tell me when my pen is not detected so I know to circle back to where I just came from and I won't lose my pen. I also love the one handed screen option because I have very small hands and it's easy to type when I can just put it into one hand mode. The battery life is great I don't find myself charging my phone throughout the day and it still doesn't really need to be charged at night and I use my phone a lot so there's a lot of battery. Overall I would never switch back to any other brand my Samsung s23 ultra is amazing.

Too many options that are unknown

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I want to start and say that I finally have a phone battery that lasts for more than a day of full use. I use my phone for everything all day and the other models I have had, even the S21 would be dead before the end of the day requiring a charge. This lasts well into the next day and charges very fast, around an hour. The screen is sharp and easy to see, and the camera takes incredible pictures.
There are so many features on this phone, and so little documentation that is easy to find or read, it is a little disappointing. If Samsung has a "one-stop-shop" website for explaining all of the features on the S23 I have yet to find it.
