Exceptional Phone

I love being able to access the pen anytime since it is built into the phone. So far, it is the best phone I have had from Samsung.

Loving my phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaces my Note 8, and it a big upgrade from my old phone. Still getting use to all the new feature and the storage is great. Never have to worry about clearing pictures and things out to make room for the new. Plus, selfie are so much easier for me now. Just love it!

Great Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone! I had the S22 Ultra and S20 Ultra previously and the S23 Ultra is a great phone! I have had NO issues. I received the phone quickly (I did Pre-order) after the release.. I have had no need to contact customer service but had good experiences in the past. I highly recommend this phone.

As Expected Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed. My 5th Samsung phone. Had a slide to open, then a Note 2, Note 5, Note 9 now this and it just gets better and better. I still have those phones, other than the Note 2, they all still boot up. The battery is great... Never need to charge until the day is done. Put on battery optimization to max out at 85 percent and still gets though a heavy use day. The 5G to be honest is a bit laggy at times - likely the provider and not the phone. I don't have much negative criticism other than that. The speakers are so clear and loud... Did a comparison over my past 2 Notes. And photos are amazing. I took a picture of a mountain range covered in snow 70 miles away, zoomed in (through my dirty apartment window) and still captured an amazing picture at sun down. I am very happy with it and can't help but show it off to co-workers.

Camera Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do enjoy the phone A LOT! and each day i am discovering something new.
My biggest disappointment; which may stem from a lack of knowledge on my part is; Whenever i take a picture within a club setting, under Red light or otherwise; the picture comes out under that red or other colour hue even when the flash is on and i am not use to this.
I also find that my phone battery kinda runs low realllllll quick; something for me to research. ( same too with my watch battery; i don't think it last a full day)
If it is something that can be fixed then any advice will be appreciated as i do plan on researching if this is the norm.
I am rediscovering Samsung hence way i've stated that my camera issue may be due to a lack of knowledge from my end.
