Solid Upgrade from Note20 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung as both a work phone and personal phone. Emails, excel docs, calls, texts, all for work purposes as I'm in sales. For personal I watch videos, games, social media, pictures of dogs and house upgrades.
With all that my battery lasts all day, the photos taken are awesome and I've barely scratched the surface, has power to run all games I play, memory for days, the stylus pen is more handy every day with those excel docs and quick note taking in sales meetings. I loved my Note20 Ultra but this camera and battery life has me loving 23 Ultra even more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being in the tech industry, I rely heavily on my connected devices. I loved my S20+, but took a chance on the new S23 Ultra. I LOVE IT. Although it is a little bigger and heavier that me previous S20+, the camera was a nice improvement and the perfromance is much better. The only negative I am a little disappointed in is the lack of expandable memory.

Great Overall for Speed, multifunction and camera!

The camera is fantastic, the screen resolution is great! The phone is very fast! It allows me to run through apps very quick. I use my phone very heavy for my work and it is definitely a great phone for heavy users.

My son uses it for videogaming and he loves it. The speaker is super loud also!

Best Flagship phone since S9+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the phone for photography and video taking. Also very happy with using the S pen as it is very easy to use. Having to worry about space on this is not of a concern anymore since I went with a 512GB model. Previously on the S9+, I was with 64GB internal and 64GB external. But with the fast flash memory on here, I'm not worried about speed anymore, it is very quick. The battery life is very long and love the optimization of the phone. This is the first Galaxy phone I am also using Bixby for and it is very easy.

The best phone I ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had used a lot of smartphones due to my work, including latest iPhones and many Android phones, such as google pixels, Samsung note serials and Galaxy s serials. S23 is simply the best one, beating latest iPhone by a large margin. In particular the battery and display are so much better than not just previous gen android Galaxy phones but also iPhone.
I am super excited to see Samsung is able to make sure a great Android phone. Keep up the good work.

Disappointed, not worth the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from the 10E to the 23 Ultra because of the camera options.
We travel and hike often so I wanted a phone that could take amazing photos so I could leave my camera at home and just carry the phone. Camera is all I could hope for and more!
The phone performance however is worse than my 10E. Phone is sluggish. Apps take forever to load, if they load. Fingerprint scanner doesn't work with any screen protector, no matter what sensitivity I choose. Screen is crisp. Volume buttons on the right take some time to adjust but it'll do. Pen is a great feature, it's do nice to be able to take a screen shot and add notes.
Overall, camera is superb (just don't take fake pics of the moon). Phone itself is OK. I will use it for the camera and revert back to my 10E until it finally stops working. Sad I upgraded though, so have to carry 2 devices to take great pics and have a decent phone.

Probably the best Android smartphone in the world!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is always used to the limit of its capabilities, and you know, I am very pleased with this device. Every day I take different photos, and every day the phone in active mode can withstand about 8-10 hours of screen operation. That's great. But the coolest thing is that the phone no longer heats up for no reason and charges even faster than before. I forgot about freezes and unstable operation of the device. Great job, Samsung!
