It's Exactly What you expect from Samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new phone. I struggle with not calling it the Note phone, but that's ok. The crispness of the phone is unlike any other phone! People ask to use my phone for pictures because theirs just don't compare. The only thing I have noticed about this phone is the volume/ speakers are not as loud as the previous ones.

Super fast and nice to look at

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for day to day use, to listen to music, directions, calls, etc.
It's super fast compared to my old Note 20 Ultra (which is crazy because that phone I'd already super fast), the pen is more functional as well as that was one of the main things I hoped for. The speakers and 100x zoom are phenomenal, I've never thought we'd get to the point of functional pictures at that zoom level!
For the cons I've had so far, while the camera is great, optimization in apps for dark environments isn't over the top great, it adds significantly more noise and looks meshy when in darker environments, same with Google meets, quality is dependant on lighting (I know it's going to be darker, but it shouldn't mesh my face together) and its annoying at times.
Overall, other than my con, pretty good phone, can't wait to use it more!

One step closer to perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this phone for everything from gaming to multitasking for work. It can keep up with everything. Apps open and run at lightning speed while games are smooth and don't lag. The cameras are incredible and hard to believe rhe photos are coming from a phone and not a professional camera.
The s pen continues to become more functional and no longer feels like a gimmic or parlor trick. I use it multiple times daily versus forgetting about it like I did on earlier notes and s ultra models.
The screen is beautiful and the phone is huge. It's heavy and can get hard to hold but I need all the screen realistic to watch movies game and go through spread sheets. Get the grip case! Makes holding this thing that much easier.
Love this phone and will never have anything other than a Galaxy S Ultra Model.

Major upgrade for a former s9+ user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have thoroughly enjoyed the upgrade to the s23 ultra coming from the s9+. The stylus has been a fun addition. The battery life has been what I hoped for. I pre-ordered and received the 2nd gen earbuds (not the pros). I love easily they connect.

Love it this phone

New phone...not ready to be shipped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many problems w this phone. Does not connect to wifi 6. Completely lost my watch after an update. My watch had to be completely reinstalled. Has difficulty transferring cell towers and has required a restart several time to reconnect it any tower even after the travel has been completed. I live in a low service/signal area and never had a problem connecting with my note 9 and this phone doesn't connect at all. Poor connecting and wifi trouble makes it nearly impossible to use at home.

Fantastic phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone as having a computer, web searcher, phone calls, camera and more all in one. The camera is the best quality I have ever seen. My pictures blow away my wife's iPhone pics. Also I own many smart watches and the battery power last much longer than my past phones. The quality of the screen is outstanding and the phone is well built. It feels very solid. I own several Samsung products and they haven't let me down yet.
