Made me love my phone again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remember when phones were great and met your expectations? It's been a while, this is my first Samsung, and it's such a different experience having a phone that feels like there's attention being paid to it. My previous 5 phones have been from the big G, the pure and clean experience they say. Well I'm tired of being the software beta tester, where software bugs are on a 6mo plus schedule to get resolved, if ever. Usually just had to upgrade that years phone and hope that one didn't have a quirky annoyance that wouldn't be resolved. And that's with their commitment to monthly updates.... My last phone refused to behave properly unless it was on battery saver, one before that jittered and stuck when navigating, I've had enough.
So far S23 ultra is notably good, I can use all the features I couldn't use on the others because it just drained battery or made it slow, all the fun things that make it enjoyable. It's a well tuned and refined OS, it feels like a premium experience that I haven't had in years. I do wish that my app passwords prompted properly to auto fill saved in my goog account. My only complaint.

Very nice phone, almost a tricorder!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this phone with a matter of urgency. My previous phone had run out of memory and was making it very difficult to use. In fact, I could say that I had tried to remove apps on my old phone and could not get any gain of memory, so I just gave up on my old phone. It was an S20+ with 128 GB memory. And I could not use it any more. The new phone has. 512 GB of ram and it is wonderful. I put all the apps that I removed and have still not used over 1/3 of the memory available.
The phone is easy to use very similar to my previous phone, but it is also like the the Samsung Note in that it has a very nice stylus. I like how the phone does not have any wasted space. The keyboard is clean, fast and not delayed. The screen is clear and though I need my glasses to read it sometimes. Finally, I like the connection to my windows laptop, it is quite useful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Words really cannot express how much I love the Samsung S23 Ultra. I had been holding off purchasing an upgrade and wow; I'm so glad I did! The quality is outstanding. Quick processor. The camera is phenomenal. I'm still learning new features and if course the stylist, however, you cannot go wrong with this device. I've used it more than any phone I've had before; from emails, app usage, camera, banking, and so much more. The battery in the S23 is supposed to last longer, but I'm not so sure that is true. But with said, I did let the device drain down to 5%, then used a slow cable charge vs the wireless quick charger, which seemed to improve the battery life. If you've been waiting to purchase the perfect phone or camera that has a phone, wait no longer! The Samsung S23 Ultra is here to make your life easier and more fun. Did I mention the camera has 100x zoom? Yes, really. And the photo is actually clear. Taking photos in low light is great too. The device automatically adjust the lighting and color of the photo for you. It makes any amateur look professional. The device itself is sleek and thin enough to slip into a pocket or small purse for the ladies. I recommend the S23 Ultra from novice to proficient user.

Always stepping it up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a causal user for sometime and to know the capability and it's simple use on the majority of the features makes me at ease knowing I can multi task with a dual window page, S pen capabilities and Dex if needed to! Note taking is a big plus and to quickly take notes/ edit with multiple features makes it even better to take notes! I am very impressed with the smooth processing and the longevity of the battery life throughout daily usage and when the phone is not being used, the standby battery life is significantly enhanced. Safe to say a full charge can average a full day without worry. I highly recommend Samsung to all user especially Apple users. Much more useful features that can be utilized in daily operation and 3rd party apps to further enhance thuis powerful phone. Have a great day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceptional performance, fastest phone i’ve ever had. The S23 Ultra is best multi-tasker and it even stays cool while playing games! it’s packed with versatile cameras with incredible zoom and superb night photography. Useful S Pen and connectivity features such as quick share to share anything with supreme quality like 8k pictures and videos even to silly other phones that still use 8 year old messaging. The battery life on this phone is the best i’ve ever had (i had a “max” phone last year) i can get 2 days plus of usage with the 23 Ultra. Lastly the S23 Ultra has a lovely boxy frame and high-quality build with a truly premium feel.
