Great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the battery life on this phone and it also makes it very easy to use at work as a order note pad instead of wasting paper. It's also great for watching movies and videos on it and it runs really fast! The overall build quality is also really nice and the phone feels nice when in my hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is awesome. The screen resolution is great. The camera and all of its new features are a very high jump from previous models. And if course the great battery life..... I've never had a phone with such a great battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My primary use is as a phone and text message device. There seems to be a problem within the operating system that requires the device to be reloaded between three and four times a day it shows itself one text message cannot be received because of network problem two the Wi-Fi is not active and I'm sitting next to the router at times and three you try to load a web page and get an error saying that the internet is not available and yet there are six bars and six semicircles so by all means the internet should be available anyway that's my major problem with the device other than that it does answer the calls and I am able to talk to people with the device.

Love this phone!!!

I would definitely recommend to everyone if you are looking to upgrade your existing phone then this is the phone to get!!

Excellent overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new phone for the most part. The camera is phenomenal. It is pretty fast when I'm searching and the picture is clear when I've clicked on a video. I don't really use my phone for streaming and such though. I typically use it for browsing the internet, texting/ talking and pictures. So far, I'm pretty impressed with all of that. The only downfall is the battery life. I was really hoping Samsung would finally come out with a battery that didn't require me to charge my device more than once in a 24 hour period but that isn't the case. I find myself charging my device about 1.5 times per day. I've even done all the things the research suggests, only charging to 85%, limiting the amount of apps I have on it and leaving it in battery saver mode, but the battery still dies quicker than I'd hoped. Overall, it's a great phone and really doesn't hold a charge for less time than any other device I've had or researched on the current market. I would have given it an extra .7 stars but the presets don't give thar option.
