It's a nice phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous phone was the S20 Ultra 5G. This new phone is pretty much the same except for the stylist. Now don't get me wrong. Booth are great phones. I just wish I knew how to use the stylist. I'm not so smart when it comes to electronics. I'm sure this phone has a lot more options. But I would have to ask a young person to explain everything this phone could do. I loved my S20 Ultra, and I sure I will love this S23 Ultra as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the galaxy note 5g and used that like crazy for the S pen and many other items. I played games, watched YouTube, and other items, and having a big screen was fantastic. With that said, I was very hesitant to upgrade.
When the S23 came out I read several reviews and looked at all specs and figured okay ill upgrade now.
After the upgrade, I am very happy with it. The phone is super strong, the screen is great, and has the same great things as the Note 5G. The apps switch seamlessly and even playing heavy games like Diablo Immortals is nothing. The phone doesn't even get hot.
The camera is also amazing, but I guarantee every review talks about that so if you are looking for a cell phone with high specs for use, this is the phone.

My battery lasts forever I probably charge it 3 times a week and I am constantly using it. If I'm streaming I'll charge it more. I wish there were more cases available is my only negative. Camera is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the clarity of the screen and the camera functions. Don't use the S pen as I should take more advantage of having it available. The battery is quick to charge and I really love the overall android platform.
Cons would be no micro SD and that the speaker quality is lacking.

I'm a huge fan of the customizable interface samsung puts out with the addition of "Good Lock."
Bixby routines allow me to turn features on and off when I get to or leave work.

When you log in to your google account in calendar it will auto populate the holidays. If you are not logged in to an account no holidays of any denomination or secular will show on your calendar. This device does come with a 5000 mAh adaptive battery that will over time make necessary adjustments to consumption based off of your usage habits. With regards to the volume without knowing what kind of case you have on your device if any and where you are keeping the device whether in a purse or a pocket we can't say for sure that the side key volume button isn't being pressed inadvertently. If the battery life does not improve and the volume difficulty isn't resolved, we have included a link to the Samsung Support Team who can assist you in troubleshooting and reviewing the warranty of your device and options available.
