Familiar design, new speed and performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the galaxy s23 ultra needs some work... while the performance blows away the competition, I was looking forward to a face lift to samsungs flagship phone. I can hardly tell the difference. If you are after speed, or camer quality, look no further... if you want something that wont be mistaken for s22 or that will catch your eye, this isnt it.

Better than iphone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is more way advanced compared with iphone, when you have this phone you feel the difference between innovation work in cameras, screen, hardware, well you really feel the power in your hands , when you play games or when you navigate between apps, you feel the ram while in iphone you just see the island camera and and and ....ok I think that's all.

Amazing photo quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for many business transactions. The S pen is one of my favorite tools and it has many more capabilities. Like any new phone there are lots of new settings features. The phone does not come with any leaflet instructions, thankfully there are great youtube tutorials. The one thing I was bummed about is they have changed the charging cable so samsung charging is no longer interchangeable. You also have to buy the wall plug for the cord to plug into. For the price you would think you would get wall adaptor, or cord adaptor. Still lots to learn but overall seems to be a nice update. The camera takes amazing evening/night photos!

An improvement over the S22 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S23 Ultra has definitely been a great improvement over the S22 Ultra, specifically in the processor speed, battery life and camera departments. I am happy with it. However, there are still some fixes to be made, for example, even though the cooling was improved I have found out that the phone still gets hot when charging (at least most of the time), additionally, every time I restart it, I have to re-apply the additional settings pertaining to heating protection within the Good Guardians app. But I believe these issues could "probably" be resolved with a software update.

Power House with battery to match!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I've had Samsung phones since the Focus Flash, and eventually had the S9+,S20U,S21U,S22U, and now the S23U. All have had beautiful displays but the performance and battery life of this phone amazes me every day! I'm a pretty heavy user, as I use my phone for work, entertainment, and communications; and at the end of the work day I'm normally at 40-50% when last year's S22U would be at around 10% for the same usage. It also feels like this phone charges faster on the 45w charger but I haven't timed it to be certain. Gaming is also a nice upgrade as the phone barely gets warm and does not drop the refresh rate like the s22U did. I do not regret making this purchase one bit!
