An amazing experience overall

I was waiting for a phone that had all the features of my Note 9 plus an amazing camera as I'm constantly taking raw pictures and videos. Hands down the pictures are gorgeous regardless of the lightning conditions, but for video there are still some improvements that can be made. Don't get me wrong, they're good too.
Couldn't but it on the page because of technical difficulties, so got it on my second favorite color (not a page exclusive color) over the phone with a Samsung Customer Rep. Left her an amazing review as she was super supportive and helpful.
I use my phone as a personal phone and as work phone. The notes and the S Pen are key for work, but also to edit my pictures (my hobby). Love the ease to use to apps in the same screen too, it makes multitasking easier.
Video calling is so clear for both ends, the sound and the video are super clear and the phone focus on my voice rather than the outside noise, making it easier for the other person to hear me. Great especially when you're on a work call or conference.
When it comes to the responsiveness of the phone, have to say that I'm still getting use to it. Coming from a Note 9, I need to be careful because one small touch and your screen is different, lol. That's how quick and sensitive it is.

Love this phone

I always stuck with the plus variants but wanted the extra productivity functions and it’s a dream. The battery is much better than I expected and gaming is better than it is in my iPhone. Would fully recommend this phone

Super smooth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is amazing! Let's mention some hardware details. Starting with the cameras, they are most amazing cameras I've seen on a phone. For the S pen, it is a tad bit laggy, but nothing hardly noticeable. The phone does seem a little weak and when it is dropped, you definitely have to be worried about the screen breaking. When I put a tempered glass screen protector on it, the finger print reader didn't really read my fingerprint and that was after I turned on the extra sensitivity and registered the same fingers twice. Now for the software. The battery will last 2 days easy with moderate use which is all most people need. For the operating system, it's fast and smooth. Coming from older and less expensive samsung phones, this one is amazing. The screen time and refresh rate is super responsive and fast! The gaming ability on this phone is also very fast, clear, smooth, and responsive. I haven't found a game that is leggy on this phone with graphics all the way up; and believe me, I play some very graphic demanding games. This is my honest review and I hope it helps!

I have never had a phone that could take pictures of the moon and you could clearly see the craters on it. My husband took a picture of the stars, he could only visibly see one and in the picture he was able to pick up multiple more. We live in town. If you like to take pictures, this phone is a 10 out of 10 for quality. I absolutely love my phone.

I absolutely love the squarish design, substantial weight and feel of a device that by those measures alone, feels like something of substantial quality. The pen works exceptionally well with unexpected texture that feels like I'm writing on paper. The instant note saving, facial recognition, Samsung Health apps, and ease of use make the S23 a true quality-of-life aid rather than merely some complicated gadget to fiddle with. The future has arrived!

Best Samsung device I ever have
