GREAT AND EASY TO USE

It's exiting how much Samsung products have evolved. I have most products from their watches, phones, tablets, notebooks, even a Samsung washer. They innovate and create these special features that are useful in every day use. Keep up the great work Samsung. I for one love and enjoy your products. I'm steady waiting for the S24 Ultra.

An improved Note20 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S23 Ultra is an improvement of my Note 20 Ultra. The dimensions are almost exact, which is good because I don't think I could handle this thing getting any wider. I also loved the added storage.

Samsung rules! Better than an iphone in my opinio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung Ultra to take photographs and professional videos for clients the additional apps like Samsung Raw really help people like me who like to have some control and create the best quality images.
It's much simpler to use a Samsung phone than an Apple phone because all the menus are accessible while you're in the app.
The visual quality of the files created through the camera are much better than an iPhone and having audio levels in pro video is really unnecessary feature unavailable elsewhere. I I recommend the Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra because it is superior and almost every way you can download an app for books to make it easier to read similar to the iPhone.
By having the Samsung raw app you can create great images from the raw file pro video allows a lot of adjustment and like I mentioned audio levels for your external microphone.
These features like having audio levels are just not available on an iPhone and for professionals they are very necessary.
So for overall image quality and ability to manipulate features within the app in addition to dedicated apps to allow even more creativity within the camera I wholeheartedly recommend Samsung. I in addition for older people the easy mode that Samsung offers makes it much easier for seniors and others it's a great feature not offered by Apple. Samsungs earbuds are better and they don't hang out of your ears making you look Goofy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using this phone on Dex mode connected to a TV via the Hdmi cable, fast smooth and multi tasking is a breeze. Even adding a Keyboard and mouse serves as a replacement for computers (word,excel) are easily used to edit or even make documents from scratch. If I had a complaint it would be the lack of micro SD card port for someone who uses the phone as a storage device examples managing game ,files, videos and all related to multimedia tend to hinder this for me atleast, There's always optios like Google drive but let's be real not all of us lime to be online all the time. Gadgets like the earbuds and galaxy watch are a must they add lots of options and convince to viewing your messages or listening to music on the go with out having to take out your phone every time. I just hope future phone versions bring back the extended storage options. (SD card)

Flashy but very fragile

Nothing bumped into me. Just cracked on its own. Scary fragile. Honestly wouldn't shill out the money for this phone again. Honestly over hyped. Why do you need the fastest processor to play a mobile game or check Facebook. It's as if "could've been an email" was a phone and that phone is a cash grab.

S23 Ultra is the best yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new S23 Ultra is the best phone by Samsung ive owned yet. Transfer from old Galaxy S10 was easy and I had very minimal to do. The picture quality and options for quality are up there with professional cameras. No other phone on the planet can compare. Love it and excited for my new adventures in life with it!

Not a good upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the s21 ultra for almost 3 years and upgraded to the s23 ultra but unfortunately, I realize that I shouldn't does this because there is not much difference except in shape and megapixel. The overall experience is not good on my new s23 ultra as compared to the s21 ultra. The more I'm using this new phone the more I'm finding issues with the new UI. Firstly there was a problem with the notification sound and details on the lock screen but somehow I figured that out. And after that whenever I make a call on WhatsApp and lock the screen and that time if I'll get any notification my phone start showing stars like 90s tv. Another problem I found is that this phone is heating too much whenever I connect it to the charger. And these problems are going on.....
