Phenomenal smart phone must buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best samsung phone I've ever used. Very immersing audio and screen experience both speakers and using with galaxy buds 2 pro . I am still learning all the new features of this device, I was extremely pleased with the online support via social media and YouTube covering the capabilities of the S23 ultra and how to videos. Very new user friendly interface. All I have to say are great things about this device. The Graphite color i purchased is absolutely gorgeous. Has plenty of storage with the 1TB I opted to purchase because I love taking pictures with family and friends. Speaking of pictures or videos... just WOW the quality of the cameras is top of the line for a cell phone! If you are looking for a new device, this is the one you want to get premium quality that will serve you well for many years to come. Highly recommend this device.

In love with this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just upgraded to the S23 Ultra almost a week ago. I previously had the S10. I am super happy with this phone so far. It's not too bulky. I really missed having the features of the previous note phones that I owned and I am extremely happy to have the S Pen back again. The camera on this phone is amazing! I also love that there is a "scan" option for if you need to upload documents, as I previously had a separate app for that! So far, I am super happy with the S23 Ultra!

Heavier but stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the variety of colors, I particularly bought to use the camaras. Have always been a fan of Samsung phone camaras, still testing the features. So far i am enjoying the device's options and resolution. I wish. It wasn't as heavy and feels bulkier than other device's. Definately not a fan of Samsung eliminating the SD expandable memory feature.

Really good but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went into buying this phone after having a note 20 ultra, this phone is really good on battery life and super snappy with internet. The only major thing that it's missing is SD card functionality. It separated the samsung and apple people by not being locked in by some cloud storage services.

Best model yet!

The screen, the speed, the connectivity, the battery, the security, just about every aspect of the phone is impressive. Used for both business and personal I see this model as finally a replacement for my laptop. Just wish it had an SD card slot.

S21 Is Better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this one. I haven't had it long but I'm not sure I'll keep it. Biggest downfalls that I took a star away in the review for are:
The camera quality is the same as my S21 5G phone which was ok, but he camera quality was really talked up when I was looking at this one and it's nothing to get excited about.
The stylus pen is probably handy for some people. I have not found a use for it yet as it does not write very well and has what I would describe as a lag. It also leaves marks on the screen protector, which is a definite negative, and that is with light to normal pressure.
The speaker clarity is awful. That is probably the biggest downfall on this one for me personally. My S21 sounded good even at full volume which was rare that I did that. This is still hard to hear at full volume at times using it for music, videos, or speaker phone.
It does run warm as some people have said but not too unusually hot so I'll leave a review star for that.
All in all, I have not seen or experienced anything with this phone to make me want to recommend it to anyone, especially for how much it costs.
