I am glad that I upgraded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time that I have used an S- pen. It has worked very well for me. I love the ability to take notes from the lockscreen. The smart select feature is also a useful tool. The camera is good as well. The only problem I am having is that it is heavier than I'm accustomed to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I love the phone and features, the amount of money we pay for these phones, you would think they would come with at least a new charging cord for NO additional price. That's my only pet peeve.

Great Customization & Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much customization there is with Samsung compared to other companies. There is a ton of freedom and I mean you can literally change everything, especially with GoodLock. The S23 Ultra also features an amazing camera and the 200 mega-pixel camera is crazy. I also love the 100x zoom it has for some moon shots and other things. Overall my experience with the phone since it came out has been nothing but positive.
