[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a s21 ultra and I'm glad I did. Battery life is so much better and the camera is blows my old phone out of the water. At 100x zoom the details is so much better.

Best cellphone ever!

It is fast, takes amazing photos, even when zooming 10x or more, has great face recognition and biometrics, and of course, I love the built-in pen that can be used for so many things, including being a remote for the camera. Samsung hit a grand slam with this phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to this phone early because of the gaming upgrades and the s pen... love the s pen, and gaming is perfectly fine. Being able to write notes and have it turn into typed notes is awesome for work too!

Solid all around phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my s23 ultra for around a month. I upgraded from a Note 20. The transition was easy, both on the install side as well as for daily usability and familiarity. A few things worth mentioning: battery life is impressive. I am surprised how long this phone lasts with heavy use, a real improvement over 2/3 generations ago. Secondly, the camera is outstanding, I will just leave it at that. Regarding the virtual assistant, I have been a Bixby user for years now and it continues to improve over time. I would love to see Samsung partner with a generative AI (e.g. ChatGPT) to really enhance the phone to user interface. Where Bixby falls short to me is integration with the internet. It doesn't allow me to use Google as a search engine the way the Google Virtual assistant does. So I find myself having to use both to achieve the hands free result that is closer to my desired state. As far as other functionality, Samsung has it covered. I also love the display and more broadly the aesthetics. I generally think it's the best looking phone on the market. In summary, I'm a satisfied user who uses this phone for business and personal use, and it achieves both of those quite well.

Great overall product

The cell reception is not always great in my area, but I have yet to miss a call. I also frequently need to use photos in my line of work and the camera is excellent. It is easier to simply say that everything works well and it is very fast to respond.
