Awesome upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from S10 and what a difference. I upgraded mainly because i wanted a better camera. This S23 ultra did not disappoint. The pictures and videos are crisp! The zoom is insane. The stylus pen is awesome for doodling on pictures i took and sending them to friends. Only bad things is, it's pretty huge compared to my old phone. It doesnt have a jack for ear buds either. So glad they got rid of the Bixby button too.

Leap Ahead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using a Note 8 for 5 1/2 years, it was time to upgrade. The reason why I didn't upgrade for a long time was that the Note 8 was a great phone for the time. Very impressed with S23 Ultra as I was with Note 8.

Great size and functionality

The slim phone with large screen is n perfect and I have learned to use the stylus pen more than I planned. It is a great phone upgrade from my s20+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wonderful perk the Samsu g phones have always had besides wonderful cameras, was the option to add external memory through SD cards.
Digital isn't always best. I'd rather the option to remove my SD card if I needed to.

Needs SD slot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needs SD Slot I dont do cloud because it can be very unreliable when the network is down so I need a slot to in my line of work as a researcher when data is not available and I got to transfer between devices.

I love it, but screen protector doesn't stay

The camera is amazing, the screen resolution is beautiful, it's fast and responsive, and the battery lasts all day. My only major complaint is screen protectors do not like sticking to the curved edges of screen. I'm also not fond of the lack of an SD slot and aux port, but those are minor compared to screen protectors not sticking to the edge.

Overall great phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came frome a note 9, and although I miss my old model, this phone is phenomenal. I love the features and the ease of use. My only complaint is that I miss the headphone jack, it really would be perfect otherwise.
