I received my Galaxy 23 ultra for my birthday in October 2023. I have been part the Samsung family since 2019. I started with NOTE 10 and now I am hooked for life. Only wish I had Samsung Table and not my iPad.

I've had this phone for almost a year now and it's the best Samsung phone I've had. Love the camera especially if you like sun and moon pictures. Use the space 100x and you get amazing pictures. I like the s pen I use it all the time. U can even set your phone done and take a picture with it. Great battery life. And since the AI update it works even better. I like to circle something I'm looking at then it gives me more info instantly.

I bought this phone 1 year and 12 days ago. Yesterday, I dropped it in a bucket of water. It was in there no more than 30 seconds before I realized and it was top down in about 3 inches. There is now water in 2 of the cameras. It's rated for 5ft of water for 30 min. Samsung will not repair the phone as I am 12 days outside of warranty and will not give me any credit on a trade in. The phone still works except the cameras. They're only solution was a new full price phone. I will be buying another brand from now on. I've been a great customer for many years but this is it for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's important to note that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra does support IP68 water resistance, which means that it can withstand being submerged in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes. This level of protection extends to the S Pen as well. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 10-month warranty period specified for each product. Damage to the product caused by loss or accident such as fire, voltage fluctuations, vandalism, water, sand insects, or similar do void your warranty. Very good phone for general use. CPU awesome, good memory and camera works great with zoom.
Only downside is little heavy
