Super great phone. The camera is the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am upgrading from the s10, which might I add, was a solid phone. It lasted me years, and honestly would have lasted me a few more years had I not accidentally dropped it off a cliff. I upgraded to the s23, and decided to go ultra. This phone is a BEAST. It is literally better than my laptop! It's crystal clear, with amazing contrast, so videos and movies look AMAZING. It's fast and super responsive! The camera, oh man the camera. I bought the s10 originally because I do phone photography, and at the time I was using an iPhone 10, but switched to the s10 because the camera was that much better. This phone? The s23 ultra? The camera is SO GOOD. I don't even need a dslr. I'm so impressed with these specs, and so glad I switched to Samsung instead of staying it the dumb apple ecosystem lol.

S23 ultra number 1 on the market

I have been a Samsung customer for over 10 years and everything they have to offer is innovative, attractive, and intuitive. The products keep evolving and performing at a high capacity just as this phone does. I had the note 20 ultra prior to this. I liked the option of the pen and the versatility. It continues with the 23. The pen is much better, they have worked out the kinks. There seems to be no lag at all on the overall operating system. Smooth and seemless. The camera is by far the best camera I have ever seen on a phone and possibly in general. I own a Cannon Rebel Dsr camera and this phone takes unreal shots. I mean it's as if your still in the moment. Overall 5 stars, well done samsung!!!!! We will continue to ve a custome of your amazing products.

Fastest phone I've ever had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad I waited to upgrade. Went from a note 20 ultra to this and its virtually similar but better in all areas. Faster, more storage even without the added memory card (512gb), camera is mint, battery life is better. All around very happy. Please sponsor my Samsung I'll rep your products forever because I love them.

S23 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really love my S23 mostly because it is a software and hardware working together. The next reason is the cameras. The cameras are so much better than the S22 and they do not lag at all.
I could go from playing a game to editing to taking a photo to making movies and fast and it does not drain battery as it used to.
It also seems like the S23 Ultra doesn't get hot as much?
The second I started a heavy game the S22 Ultra would a lag heavily.
When the pixel 6 pro came out I compared it to my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
And the pixel won by a landslide.
But this year with the S23 ultra and the pixel 7 pro the S23 destroyed it!
The cameras on the s23 ultra are also very beastly! You have 200 megapixels and 8K video recording uncropped.
You now also could take high resolution raw photo! They can be captured at 12 megapixels and 200 mega pixels. The default camera also has a bunch of different shooting modes.
From 200 mega pixels to 50 mega pixels all the way down to 12 mega pixels.
And if you switch to pro video you get 8K video at 25 frames per second and 30 frames per second.
They also have full HD at a 120 frames per second. Also the update that comes on the S23 Ultra (One UI 5.1) is the smoothest Android update ever! The latest Samsung update feels smoother then a Google Pixel update.
I also love the form factor. The shape build and overall feel of the S23 Ultra feels like one of the old note phones! Which is what I've been missing! The battery does not die that easy!

Upgrade from S22 Ultra

All reviewers call this an incremental upgrade but the reduced curvature on the display is extremely noticable and very welcomed.
I'm glad I upgraded.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the S10+ for almost 4 years but felt it was time for an upgrade and I landed on the s23 Ultra. This was an excellent decision. The s23 Ultra is fast, has long battery life and is packed with all the features I need. The screen size is perfect for me because I watch a lot of content on my phone and I really enjoy watching it on my Ultra. I don't regret this purchase at all. Samsung knocked it out the park. I showed it to my mom and convinced her to get one as well and she absolutely loves it. Thanks Samsung. I've been with you since the Galaxy S1 and you just keep on impressing me.
