Beast of a phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm coming from a Note 10 and this phone is leaps and bounds better. The display is vibrant. The speakers sound good. And the battery lasts me all day, from 85 percent, because I have battery protection on, to about 20 at the end of the day. At first I thought it was a bit too big and was thinking about getting the S23, but I got used to the size and I dont regret getting the Ultra. Still so much to learn with all it's features, but so far after 3 weeks, I am happy with the phone.

Good but terrible battery

Battery was good in the beginning but honestly didn't last long. Even right out of the box.
Simply using Spotify would absolutely drain the battery.
Wish developers would focus on a truly long lasting battery than more features. Features are great that we have now. But having a battery that would last all day (10-15 hours) and not just say it will last that long because all phones state it. Would mean more to long time samsung supporters.

Heavy and to many glitches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is heavy for its size. Seems to have several glitches in the operating system that should have been worked out before it was released. Fingerprint scanner works when it wants to . Things did not transfer over as easy as they had with other Samsung phones. Half the time when I open my banking apps Fingerprints scanner won't open them . Really disappointed in this phone . I fill my old note 10 was a better device. Camera is good but has issues with the zoom . Seems my apps update almost daily. They really need to update the phone to fix all the glitches.
