Samsung S23 Ultra Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Samsung user for many years now. The main reason I switched from another phone to Samsung was due to the other phone not having an option for additional storage - while the Samsung, for years, did offer that capability. I was very disappointed when i found out that Samsung has taken away that option. I've also had issues with my most recent phones battery life, an issue I've never experienced until my phone is due for an upgrade. The S23 Ultra had battery issues right away. I've also experienced many issues with text messaging. It does not seem to be a carrier issue, but rather a phone issue. As far as positives go - the camera is pretty nice & pictures are very clear, however as soon as you edit the pictures, they tend to turn blurry. My son loves the stylus becasue you can draw pictures from your lock screen. I personally don't care about the stylus, I rarely use it. I guess overall the phone is fine, but nothing special.

Good device fragile screen

I am very careful and have fully protected my device with a case and screen protector, the screen still broke, twice.. get insurance if you purchase this device

Love it....But?!?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the phone. I use it for everything. I use it to monitor my blood sugar as well. BUT...the wireless charging function of the phone has completely stopped working. Phone isn't even a year old. My car work and home are all set up for wireless. The phone self diagnostics tests don't help it all. It just keeps telling me to place my phone on a wireless charger. It's not the phone case or the chargers? Its not a software update. Disappointing fast wireless charging was one of the reasons I bought the phone in the first place

Should have been better thought through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S23 Ultra is a good phone, I just feel like it could have been better. I have used the stylus 3 times since I got the phone on the release date. Once u add a case there isn't much protection on that side.
A head phone jack would be great, but I guess I have to buy a c-port headset for that. The volume and power button on the same side stacked doesn't work for me. If the volume was on the left side it would be more useful. The flash light could be brighter and for what ever reason when I ask assistant to turn it on, it's always dimmer then manually turning it on.
Typing on any samsung phone as always been a challenge. Either adding a "b" instead of the space bar or typing "r" instead "t" while typing. There is also a sound, like a moving sound coming from the camera that happens when I bring the phone to my ear from texting. Not sure what it is but doesn't seem right.
Overall it's a better phone then my old S10 ultra. Can't wait for the S25 Ultra.

Great features, but some downfalls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is used for a variety of daily tasks like texting, streaming, social media and YouTube. I've been a Galaxy user for a few years and this has been the only phone I've had issues with.
The camera lags and then kicks me out. At first it was just a single app that uses the camera, now...it's when just using the camera app. Lastly, the internet app lags and sometimes won't respond.
I've tried erasing apps, photos and other things that use storage and it still is slow at times.
Not very impressed with this phone. 🙁
