A lot of features, not the best for the $$$

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The S23 Ultra is a good phone, a lot of features that everyone can use on a daily basis. Making calls is clear on both ends, texting is my way of contact with others, the multiple choice in keyboards is nice. The way that Samsung lets you customize the phone to your personal set up is better than the iPhone, heck better than the other Androids on the market. The battery lasts all day, I check emails, make calls, text message quite a bit. Watch you tube and listen to music. Play games like Monopoly go and Pokemon go that will drain a battery on most phones but barely on this one. The S-pen takes a little getting used to but definitely is a useful tool on a daily basis. Sign off on reports, use it on certain games, use it with the camera. The camera is pretty good. I'm not a professional photographer by any means but the pics I take i keep. I don't have to go in and change the filters. I've had the S23 Ultra for 9 months now and it's held up. Been dropped, it's gotten wet, dog ran off with it playing around. The S23 Ultra is a device I'd recommend to friends to try out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S23 ultra is the best phone i've had as of yet. I purchased it to get the s pen feature which did more than i expected. You can use your s pen not only to write on the screen but to take photos! The phone screen is large which is perfect for my streaming experience. The photo resolution is amazing. All around awesome phone.

Would love to also add that thier are a lot of great features like Google assistant and Bixby. They are great for trying to find things that you may be looking for and aren't able to find.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always thought as my phone as a tool more than anything. Entertainment, communication, photography, and fun have always come from this device. All the small little features pack a punch that really makes a difference.
From quickshare I can transfer my drawings from tablet to phone losslessly, to sending shots to my friends because my camera is the best out of all.
This device handles everything I throw at it, and very well. Having music in the background while watching a stream in a call without any hassle. Not even the battery gets upset from this. The silky smooth display doesn't hitch or freeze and makes all the visuals really good. What I love most is the tolerance for the display to get super bright under the sun. Full visibility and makes my life easier not having to make out the dim letters from previous devices.
The ecosystem just brings everything together and it's so nice. Instant buds connection, it'll swap to the tablet whenever I pick it up and use it.
Fantastic device for any use case. Love it!

A great product with some room for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pocket sized personal computer, this product wants for nothing. I've had no issues using the device for news, weather, sports, internet, email, and of course phone calls and text messages. Apps are a whole other thing though. My family has health issues and part of that includes the use of critically important apps to monitor those issues. For example, the Dexcom G6 or G7 glucose monitoring apps. These apps literally mean life or death for my family. We must have these apps functioning at all times! Sadly, every time Samsung or Android roll out upgrades (which is often) these apps stop functioning and due to FDA restrictions it can take upwards of 2 years before a compatibility update is rolled out. This is unacceptable! To address these issues... these updates should be optional or at least there needs to be an ability to roll back the phone two to three years to the past to ensure backward compatibility with such critical Apps as life saving medical devices. Other than this VERY frustrating inconvenience, I am quite happy with their products. The camera is awesome! However the editing software doesn't always match competitor's options, but does shine in its own way. The 200 MP capability is amazing, but using AI to fake moon shots was a bit sketchy, especially since this wasn't discosed openly to users, very deceptive advertising practices. Nevertheless, it is a nearly perfect product in terms of professional functionality, but personally it could use some improvement.
