Worst Device I've owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several of the S20 series on the past and they've all been great. This one is terrible. Slow, hesitates when trying to access anything. Texts won't come through probably 30% of the time until I pick the phone up and unlock it. 10 messages will come through. All with their correct timestamps. I could go on. Assuming I just got a lemon, but this phone is trash.

So many options and ways to customize

It also takes the best pictures for saving important memories and documents. Plenty of power and space. Never had any issues and would highly recommend.
