Exelent phone but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] S23 ultra is the best on the market for me, it has the best of the best but the only bad thing is that they put 8GB of ram in a high-end phone For all the good things that 8GB of RAM has, sometimes it makes it a little slow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung 23 Ultra for business, for streaming, listening to audiobooks, document management and transfer, research, note taking and computing.
I love that I can multitask with ease with my productivity apps and that I can transfer my files via cloud or portable drive to continue working without interruption.
Perfect size and feature array for me.

I love my Samsung s23 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I have really enjoyed using my S23 ultra. The only issue that I had really had with it was getting the handwriting to work. It is not as easy or intuitive as on previous models, at least for me.
Last week though, I woke up to a phone that I could only make emergency calls. I was also able to receive a couple of incoming calls. The main issue had to due with the fact that I could not sign in to my phone without it restarting. It did this for the entire day while I had to use my tablet to search for answers to resolve the issue.
I found a video through a link on the member page and tried all of the 7 solutions to the problem. The 7th solution was a hard reset of the phone. Unfortunately I was unable to backup everything before hand, but.the reset has worked and I've had no issues since then.
Despite the issue with the login, I still really enjoy my phone and it seems that I lost very little information off the devise. I do recommend this phone to those who need a good quality, high use phone!

It's big and bold and I can do my favorite things like watching Netflix and listening to music without the need of another device! The Galaxy buds 2 pro just enhance what is already great. Using the s pen as a remote camera shutter is super convenient for these holiday pictures. Nobody has to hold the camera and nobody can make an excuse not to be in it! It's deviously wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have the s21 plus and this is a nice upgrade. The camera is significantly better, the screen is larger, and the pen is a much more useful feature than I expected it to be. I've only had this new phone for about a month, so I'm not sure of the long term, but so far it has been great. Nice battery life too considering I play genshin impact on this.
Overall: Zero lag when playing games. Really good for casual photography/cinematography/editing. Happy to add this phone to my workflow
