Great until it's not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this phone for quite some time but over the last month it has been doing some weird stuff. It randomly won't charge, the internet won't work even with full signal, and it just freezes randomly for long lengths of time. I've restarted it multiple times, I've cleared out storage, nothing seems to help.

Were you aware that we also have Samsung Care+ that is available to be added to eligible devices that would protect your investment? Samsung Care+ comes in handy for those unfortunate situations in life like leaving your device behind on public transportation, having it stolen, spilling your drink into the speakers, to dropping it and shattering the screen. Plus, having over 700 authorized repair locations nationwide to take your device to be quickly repaired, helps you get back to what you love doing most in life and that is one of our highest priorities. Talk about the ultimate peace of mind! If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. When your phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-wracking. The good news is that this can probably be fixed without having to send your it in for service. Performing simple actions like rebooting and updating the software are just a couple of the things you can do to prevent freezes and crashes in the future. Fast with Muli tasking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is fast and videos are so clear. The audio is loud enough without speakers. I stream a lot of videos and movies, and the quality is the best I have had or seen on any device.
The camara is flawless. It captures perfect images. Love the theme features. You can really change the look of your phone, with this feature. Graphics are outstanding.
I am able to use one device for all my business needs. This device offers so much, that you don't need to carry any other device around.

The battery life lasts all day, it's got a great build quality for starts I like that it has dex built in, it's fast when loading apps and has a great 2k display as well its camera and picture fidelity and video fidelity is amazing especially the 100x zoom I can literally see things on the moon surface on clear nights. using it everyday for 2 months it hasn't had any issues with the battery or any slowdown at all. it's faster than the last model that I had which is a great improvement. The degree of usefulness of this phone is awesome, I can't begin to say how much love using this phone everyday.

The Best choice I ever made !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra has been the best choice i ever made. This phone is so uniqe that allows me to do multiple tasks at the same time. Samsung DeX has helped me a lot since i dont have a pc and i can use my phone as one by connecting it with a tv. The camera is Stunning(no words). I highly suggest this phone to anyone!
