Hands down, best phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having owned 7 other model of Note series phones. This is by far the snappiest and most durable of the bunch.. Have yet to scratch the screen compare to the Note 20 ultra and Note 9 that scratched easier (to me). S Pen is very responsive, not much changed there since Note 20 ultra. Screen is an upgrade, over S 22 ultra and so is the processor, definitely saves battery and runs smoother. Over all the phone is just the best in the market.

I have been a samsung phone user for years and for me this is the best phone samsung ever made,i was skeptical about trading my s22ultra because the design was the same and i was expecting just a small upgrade but i was completely wrong.This is a huge step up from previous flagship based on the performance alone.Samsung had great hardware and features but the software and battery performance left to be desired.This phone fixed those issues,the new snapdragon 8 gen 2 is a beast,it’s powerful and also power efficient so this is by far the best battery life samsung ever put in their flagship phone.The software has significantly improved but there is still room for improvement.Samsung still need to work on ui animation.My main downside is the lack of sd card,i will never understand why it was removed.Samsung has sd card on some budget phone so why not having it on your flagship?especially something like the s23 ultra which is a pro phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

S23 is amazing, I wish it had more color options and Samsung offers bundling for covers and accessories like Apple does. Overall amazing multitasking and apps flow. Speaker haven't improved much since s21 but still top class. Hope you make the bass better in s24 25

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Daily usage consists of keeping appointments using camera related apps the astrophotography mode to see things in better detailed like the surface of the moon as if you were viewing it through a telescope with the closeness of actually making out detailed views streaming various apps and leisure activities

Great until it's not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this phone for quite some time but over the last month it has been doing some weird stuff. It randomly won't charge, the internet won't work even with full signal, and it just freezes randomly for long lengths of time. I've restarted it multiple times, I've cleared out storage, nothing seems to help.

If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX, there are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn-out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. When your phone or tablet freezes or crashes, it can be really nerve-wracking. The good news is that this can probably be fixed without having to send your it in for service. Fast with Muli tasking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device is fast and videos are so clear. The audio is loud enough without speakers. I stream a lot of videos and movies, and the quality is the best I have had or seen on any device.
The camara is flawless. It captures perfect images. Love the theme features. You can really change the look of your phone, with this feature. Graphics are outstanding.
I am able to use one device for all my business needs. This device offers so much, that you don't need to carry any other device around.
