This phone is the best phone I have ever owned.

With all the little things this phone comes with it makes it spectacular and the stylist pen makes it better for drawing out maps and pictures for work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall performance of the galaxy s23 ultra is good. The camera is awesome. The only issue I noticed is that the facial recognition does not work perfectly. So, I reduced one start because of that.

S23 Ultra An Amazing Overall Phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an andriod lover, I switched to andriod device almost 4 years ago , Samsung devices has improved alot from since couple years ago. I used to remember getting my first s20 device I used to flex the display to my friends as It was almost like holding a UHD paper. I really like the S23 Ultra as it has a great battery life, usability and the U.I has been improving at fast pace. The performance has also been top notch and i will continue using the galaxy devices.

This product is not what I expect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to this phone, and unfortunately, it hasn't lived up to my expectations. I previously owned the Note 20, and I must say, the downgrade is noticeable.
The performance on this device falls short, with laggy responses and slower processing compared to the smooth experience I enjoyed with the Note 20. The camera quality is also lacking, especially in low-light conditions, where the Note 20 excelled.
Additionally, the design feels less premium, and the build quality doesn't match the standard set by the Note 20. It's disappointing to see a step backward in terms of overall user experience.
While I expected improvements with an upgrade, this phone has left me missing the features and performance of my previous Note 20. If you're considering an upgrade, I would recommend thoroughly researching and potentially exploring other options before making a decision.
Overall, a letdown and not the upgrade I was hoping for.

All-in-one mobile power house in my pocket

If im reading a webpage or a conference call i can scribble and immediately share or save the notes; ease of getting what I need done and memorialized has never been so seamless and so quick.
When Im travelling and Im on the road sometimes i want to capture an interesting image from afar , the zoom and image stabilzation helps tremendously to give me xlear pictures that I can share with family
I also appreciate the seemless handoff between mobile and wifi to keep my connections from getting disconnected
None of these could be possible without the exceptional battery life and performance. Im really impressed with the Snapdragon processor on this phone. Its enabled me to be anywhere and to do anything I want all in the palm of my hand and my imagination
