Always a li'l room for improvement; great overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung 23ultra daily. Mostly for browsing, shopping, a game here and there, organization, communication and education. On some apps or sites, the screen isn't big enough to show the entire image being displayed. I don't know if that is them or my phone, though. I always think there's room for improvement otherwise what would anyone wake up and strive for day to day? The cameras are awesome and over I use all it offers I'm sure they'll be even better. I wish the pen was more useful. I don't take it out much. Battery life is pretty good. No complaints there. I'm likely a Samsung user for life.

Great Features and camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work with a veterans non-profit and we rely on the galaxy 23 ultra for all our media content from videos to photos. Clear pictures and fast streaming keeps us connected to our veteran membership making then feel like they are there with us. We host several events monthly and the galaxy 23 ultra is critical to outreach and engagement which is our life line. Wish we had another one for simultaneously running events.

The overall feeling is very good and the functions are powerful. I hope Samsung will continue to produce good products and services and create a guarantee of confidence for consumers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a little older (55+) than I guess most reviewers, but I still try to keep up on technology.
I'm the only one (out of 5) of my household that has a Samsung. The others have drunk the kool-aid and use the fruit phone. The simplicity of using the multiple features of the Samsung have always been what's sold me. Plus, the personal customization of my phone is by far superior to my kids' phone. I do have to admit though, their phone does take better pictures BUT mine has a stronger zoom on the camera!
I guess personalizing my Samsung is what I most like better than the fruit phone. The features are on par, although more of them I feel.
I'll probably never switch but still get ridiculed by my family, and I don't mind one bit!

Love the phone and the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for everything I listen to YouTube, audible, and all kinds of podcasts during the day and then sleep sounds at night. I do all my banking, shopping, and leisure activities on my phone.
I am currently working on my family tree and the split screen feature has come in very handy to be able to refer back to existing information. The battery life is fantastic. Even with the heavy use my phone gets my battery lasts all day. I also use my phone in conjunction with my Google nest speaker and love that as well. I have my phone set to stay unlocked for while I'm at the address of my place of work. That's an awesome feature since I wear gloves alot in my work so fingerprint scanner isn't always the best option.
I also have the Samsung buds pro 2 and the galaxy watch 4. The way they work together is awesome. I use the battery share feature for my buds sometimes which is convenient. Then there's the blue light reduction setting and so many other features I'm sure I'm forgetting. I only wish Samsung had something similar to Apple's magsafe. It's not that important but would be nice.
