Love my S23Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S23Ultra has 75% become my laptop/computer. I use it for everything. The only time I use my laptop is working on excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, or long Word documents. I shop, bank, talk, video chat with my grandkids & great grandkids, post social media, watch my cable company stream, research, take pictures of small print crap so I can enlarge to read it - everything!
The camera is amazing! I still haven't learned ALL the features of the camera - due simply to a shortage of time - not sure to difficulty.
Bixby is so great! I tell it to take screenshots, when to wake me up, restart my phone, call someone. So convenient. My grandson has watched me tell Bixby to do some things & he says "my xxxxx won't do that". But - his dad (my son) & I have been loyal Samsung phone users since flip phones! I refuse to ever switch to another phone maker.
But then I have Samsung tvs, kitchen stove - LOVE Samsung!

A bit disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been loyal to samsung for phones tablets and computers however this phone has been a true disappointment to me.
My previous samsung had wonderful service and truly never let me down bit the s23 ultra has been unreliable for making calls and the person on the receiving end to be able to hear my call as well as battery has never been holding the charge that way its been advertised. TRULY DISAPPOINTED in this product
The only plus is the camera is excellent for capturing special moments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just to get started with this, I'm in love! I had purchased my S23 Ultra as a business phone for my job. I've had another brand of products for a long time and stayed with it for awhile! I pre-ordered my last phone and have used it since release. Ever since I got my S23 I've kicked my primary phone to the curb and my s23 has been my daily driver. I am in the process of trying to change all of my old ecosystem over to samsung. This phone impressed me in so many ways it left me speechless. I love the freedom that I now have with this phone there so much to do and still so much stuff to learn. And I'm so excited for this journey. I am excited to say I am officially team samsung from here on out!
