Great phone with just a few issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nearly all of my issues with the 23 Ultra have to do with Google and Android backend. With Google service too much data is moved around which ultimately hurts battery life. Unless I explicitly ask for notifications, processing or data to.be moved then absolutely nothing should happen when the screen is off.
The other issue is that when the phone isn't getting a cell signal the battery is drained in what I'm guessing is an attempt to aquire a signal. If the phone is stationary and there is no signal then stop trying to get one.
Otherwise the phone is great. I love the form factor and Samsungs investment in their own apps and tools. Would buy again. I think others would too if Goggle was out of the picture. They don't bring a lot to the table as far as Android improvements go.

Super Fast and Excellent Camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I run my side hustle from my phone. Paired up nicely with my Galaxy Tab S8+ to send my RAW photos. Expert RAW is a favorite feature in the camera. Often I consider buying a camera body and lense, but for what I can do with this... why bother? The night sky ability is amazing!I recently upgraded from the S22 Ultra and mostly because of the camera but the sound/speakers are a big upgrade in my opinion. Much clearer sound. The Galaxy S series has always been my favorite, 10 years ago I got my S3 and every year, I see improvements. I do miss the additional external storage but that I compensate with the Google Cloud and transfer of items to my tablet that has extra storage. Fast charging is a fabulous feature as we are on the go and I take lots of photos. Battery life has significantly increased as well. My husband and I both ordered the S23 Ultra and upgraded our son to the +. Of course Smart Things feature is great and synced right back up with my devices. Collectively, the 23 series has a phenomenal display. S Pen is used quite often as well with picture taking and editing. Also the "live note messages" being added to photos is fun to play with. Works well with Android Auto in my car, also seamlessly picked right up to my radio. Here and there I check videos just to see what other features I've yet to use, had the phone about a month or so now and still learning things to fall in love with. Oh and the fingerprint sensor is a bonus for ladies with nails... it's much better!

What i love about the s23 ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone is my life, on a daily basis i doawload shows to stream on my commute to work and when i forget to download i take out the s pen to start drawing and sketching things that pop up in my mind. One of the most underrated features is the split screen, sketching soemthing while watching a show or a game to me is amazing.

The Great New S23 Ultra

This phone is phenomenal! Pictures are better than expected, very detailed and not blurry at all. Also, the colors in the pictures are very vivid. While taking a picture of the moon and the constellation it has been a great experience! I never thought I would have a phone that can take or do all that. I even print some of the photos and hang them on the wall as professional pictures and you can't tell the difference. The video recording at 4K and 8K has also been a blast for my kids music events, especially when I share them with friends and family.
This phone also has a smooth gaming experience. Even on high-end games, I don't suffer from the lag and the 3D details on the screen with the height of fresh rate make it even easier on the eyes.
The processor unit in this phone makes everything run smoothly. I can have multiple apps running at the same time and I'm switching back and forth between text, emails, website all at once without a single issue.
Definitely sticking with Samsung, started with the Galaxy S3 and will keep going!
