Great product, great features, amazing brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung 23 ultra for streaming videos and gaming. The video quality is amazing and being able to not only dual screen but triple screen different apps at the same time is great, especially when you don't have enough time. Playing two games at the same time while watching a video to me is something worth bragging about. Not only that but the battery quality can last a long time and the wireless charging is not only really good but quick too. The storage is pretty bigand although it I don't use the pen a whole lot big, its one of those things that I find cool just having. Ever since I got my first phone it has been with Samsung, I love the product/brand and I'm looking forward to whatever they release next.

A true Ultra Experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been an avid Samsung user for a while and I've gone here and there between devices for a while. Ranging from the S6 and S7 Active to the S8+ and S9+ going to a Note 10. And my 3 latest devices a S22 Ultra, a Z Flip 4, and now the S23 Ultra. I can safely say the S23 Ultra is as Ultra as it gets. The S22 Ultra was pretty good but it had flaws such as the battery life and very sharp edges of the phone. While the Z Flip 4 is revolutionary for its folding capabilities. It lacks what a phone can do such as last a while and have decent zoom and cameras. The S23 Ultra fixes these problems flawlessly. The improvements to the camera are significant and outstanding. The battery life is superb a few days after I started using it. The body feels great and comfortable to hold. And it keeps the S-Pen. That little incentive that helps you when you need it most. It's safe to say if the Ultra line up keeps going like this I could never switch. This is the true smartphone experience I could ever wish for and I hope it keeps going on like this going foward.

S23 Ultra Glowing Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new Samsung S23 Ultra for over a month and I am extremely happy with all the features and outstanding performance it has offered.
Top to bottom I love the look, feel, and power of this device. The S23 Ultra is fantastic in a professional sense. I regularly need to take detailed photos from a distance, and the camera quality and zoom are the best I've experienced. I use Dex, multitasking, and the S Pen on a regular basis. I upgraded from the S20 FE, and I am very impressed with the overall battery life of the S23 Ultra. The large screen size is a must for me, because I remote rdp in to my work server most days.
For personal use the phone is fantastic. I have the 512 GB of internal storage with 12 GB of RAM, which makes for a ton of storage and speed. I've taken so many more family photos with this phone because I'm so happy with the professional looking results. I've gotten many compliments and requests to share pics and videos since getting the S23 Ultra.
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the S23 Ultra.

My new s23 Ultra

I have lots of uses for this phone surfing, online tutes, photography, note taking(I design art stuff), & downloading movies of course!
I am so glad I picked the Ultra (because it has the s pen). Outstanding! This pen is by far, hands down, the best out there! So crazy easy to use, so smooth. Like that it warns you when pen is out & not use, so you don't lose it, and wait 'till you try Air Actions!
What can I say about the cameras, except crispy stunning pictures! You must try the AR zone, low light, and the best- Astro Hyperlapse. Cool!
Another feature I really enjoy is Dex. Makes it so simple to connect to my Sammy TV to watch movies. The touch pad feature is super. What a fine idea!
One more brilliant design is auto answer. Takes care of those annoying spam calls!
I also can't forget the multiple timers, comes in very handy when I'm cooking. Cooks everywhere will love them!
Now for the bad & let me tell you there isn't much. None of it is a deal breaker.
I really wish the Sim slot was a hybrid. There are so many uses for SD card. Ways around, but still...
The other is- no charger in the box! Come on now! Such a fine phone should have its own charger! At the very least, options: No charger, 45watt charger, or wireless charger. Included at no charge,(get it? Charger ;-)) or for a nominal fee.
I am definitely sailing on this high performance flagship!!

Missing so many features,has some most unwanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Need sd card back. Don't need or want a curved screen, nobody does. Screen not bright enough, speaker not loud enough. Too frequent updates, too much bloatware. Slower processing speeds that should be with given hardware.

The first steps you can take with the processing speeds, in your settings under display you can change the motion smoothness from standard to adaptive to increase the refresh rate, in that same section of your settings if you haven't done so already you can turn the screen brightness up. We have included two links with regards to the storage of your device and how to manage those settings. We can also assist you with software updates, you can turn off automatic updates in your settings under Security and Privacy, Updates, and then Security update. If you require more storage capacity we can assist you in setting up a digital storage option that will help you keep all of your data. Without knowing for sure if you are using a protective case for your device and what kind you may be using, we can potentially say a case might be covering the speakers and causing the audio to be quieter. If this isn't the case for you, we have also provided a link to the Samsung Support Team who can assist you in troubleshooting your device to ensure it is functioning as intended and what options may be available to you. The S23 Ultra made me leave the iPhone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the tittle said, the S23 Ultra made me leave the iPhone 14 Pro Max and replacing the ecosystem entirely by getting Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watch.
During the years I've on the verge on getting fully immersed into Galaxy Phones, after trying the S2, S3, S6 Edge, S7, S10+ and Note 20 as well, but always came back to an iPhone. However this time, the S23 seems uncompromised and as I said earlier I went ahead and got the Buds and Watch to get the full lineup of products.
I'm even looking forward on getting a Tab and Galaxy Book in the near future.

Amazing phone

Took a picture of the moon and I was impressed 👌 I came from an iPhone 13 Pro back to Samsung for this phone and I am NOT disappointed! The battery life is also so much better than I have had with my iPhone the last 3-4 years.
