Screen cracked from laying down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to be happy about my new phone. In under 30 days, the gadget case stopped working (no longer works as a kickstand) and my screen cracked. I have accidentally dropped my Note 20 ultra so many times on so many hard surfaces and never had an issue. I lay this down on my counter and it cracks. Sending a spider crack on the right side. Plus, none of the authorized dealers have the tools to fix it.

Overall Experience Using the S23 Ultra

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use S23 Ultra for School/Work purposes. It helps quite a bit especially having the S-pen handy when writing quick notes or To-do lists.
Transition from an S9 to a S23 was the biggest jump in tech advancement that I have had the chance to make. Everyday I discover something new and great about this phone. Many hidden features that are helpful. Great battery, lasts a very long time, and good refresh rates.
The camera is amazing on the phone. With this new 200 MP camera, I can take amazing photos. The camera stabilization is very well designed. There is a delay in higher quality photos but it completes the package for good rendered photos.
The space is also great. Was able to upgrade to 512 gb from only have 64 gb on my previous Samsung device.
All in all, great phone and I would love to use it to the max for the next few years!! Thank you Samsung for the best experience and I hope more to come in the next few years!!

Loving my S23 Ultra

Battery life is good so far, love the apps that come ehit this phone, like penup, it's a drawing app but it's a really cool app to use if your an artist or are creative. I've been a galaxy user for a very long time and this is by far the best phone ever made. Overall I'm happy with this new phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone overall was really great, very smooth, and super responsive but I had an issue with snapchat it started getting very slow and unresponsive after weeks of using it and I know Samsung is a big company and this probably won't even be read but in case someone reads this if there's anything you guys can do to fix it so I won't need to clear my snapchat cache in order for it to get fast again I would really appreciate it
