100% should get this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switched from apple. I will never go back toan apple product again. Picture are amazing. Is hook up to blue tooth. The keyboard takes some time to get used a d recently my battery goes in a day. But it was last a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All in all it's an ok phone. I don't use the camera much so can't honestly give 5 stars for that. I only give 1 star for the durability of the phone. Yes I'm a very clumsy person and drop just about everything I try to hold on to, with that being said I've had this phone, S23 Ultra, repaired 3 times since July 1st. I had the representative that I purchased the phone from put liquid glass on the screen, a hybrid screen protector, which also gets 1 star because the stylus leaves indents on the film protector and it's very hard to find a glass screen protector because of the curve on the glass and if you do find a glass protector I can guarantee the fingerprint sensor won't work because of the adhesive. And finally before I would take the phone from the rep I purchased the best case they had which also cost arm and leg had a 20ft drop impact, military grade, etc... well 2 days later after all this money for protection on the phone, the screen cracked. Filed a claim had it repaired and not even a week later yep that's right, screen cracked again. 1 star for no external storage option, no headphone jack had to spend more money an adapter. Only positive thing is the speed of the processor when playing games.

The best phone at launch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fast, long battery life, beautiful display, and all-around perfection. My main complaint is the S-pen. I never use it, which means it's a waste of precious internal space. I wish they'd use that space for a bigger battery or improved cooling, etc.
